NAC Auto Grenade Launch teams & All-terrain Trikes

It's been a funny old week or so with the wife and 2 of the 3 children coming down with some bug. I only got it mildly but made up for it by tripping over and using my arm to break my fall. Nothing broken but my shoulder is still sore after a week. And no I hadn't had one too many beers!

Still, I managed to finish up the two packs shown below.

NAC  Auto Grenade Launcher teams

All-terrain Trikes

Only two more packs left to do and they just need the bases painted and the figures varnished so just comes down to time I'm allowed.
There are a few more packs I still want but they can wait until I see them at a show.

Thanks for taking the time to look.

    1. They are indeed - only issue was the frame of of the bike didn't sit at the right angle to the front wheels, it move a little but I didn't want to force it to much.
      Cheers

  2. Your NAC are coming along nicely. I hope you do some pics of them all together when they're all done.

    1. IThanks Tasmin. I was planning to do that but not sure how good a picture my camera will take of that larger group of figures at distance. Can but try.
      Take care

  7. Fabulous work! I like your simplicistic colour palette as well on the base as on the figures. It works a treat.

    1. Thanks Moiterei - I wanted to keep it simplistic to try a new approach (for me) in painting these. The uniforms and helmets were Iraqi sand and the backpack, roll and gloves were done in green ocre with the belt in a leather brown and then the whole lot was washed with a GW earthshade wash. Then highlighted with the base colours and the other bits painted as required. I'm trying to speed up on my painting of the 15mm where I can.

    2. Just wondering what base colour you've used for the weapons and vehicles.

    3. Hi Tamsin
Vehicles was a spray can of tamiya light sand and the weapons were done in a cote d'arms ??? it might have been pale sand. Sorry I can't quite remember. I'll have to experiment if I paint up any more.
